A happy, easeful life. I know you’ve tried. Between the self-help books, the diet plans, the motivational Pinterest quotes, and the morning routine, it feels like you’ve thrown everything you could at the proverbial happiness wall.
And yet, you’re still going to bed with racing thoughts about that next thing you need to work on. Still waking up with judgement for how long you scroll the ‘gram or how you really shouldn’t have ignored that workout alarm. Still bouncing between beyond bored and totally overwhelmed during your work day, looking for a solution.
It doesn’t make sense because you’ve always been driven, hard working, ambitious even. That was the deal, right? Do the work, get the life of your dreams. Maybe it even looks like it has paid off on the outside with the job title and Pinterest worthy apartment, but it sure doesn’t feel like it on the inside.
I teach my clients how to get the one thing hard work can’t give you- a fulfilled life where you’re glowing on the good days, and on the bad days you still know you’re right where you want to be.
Trust me, I tried the endless effort. It didn’t work so I created something that does.
Then, I went and earned a master’s degree in behavioral science at Brown, certified as a life coach with the Coach Training Alliance, and became a Ph.D. student in clinical psychology just to make sure you really get what you come for.
Coaching with me has given my clients the confidence to walk into rooms and turn heads, to stand up in organization-wide meetings and speak with ease, to leave the jobs they thought they "should" have and get the ones that they want to get out of bed for (with higher pay, of course). Coaching has given my clients relationships as giddy as teenagers and ease in their days that felt impossible for their previously racing minds.
It’s all possible for you. Let me show you how.
